These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Champion Churros (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and customers (“you”, “your”) who purchase products or interact with our business at festivals, events, or via our online presence.

By purchasing from Champion Churros at any event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing or interacting with us.

1. Business Overview

   Champion Churros is a mobile food vendor offering fresh, handmade churros with a variety of toppings and dips.

   We operate at music festivals, community gatherings, and private events across the Southwest of the UK.

2. Operating Hours & Availability

• Our availability is subject to event schedules, weather conditions, and operational circumstances.

• We reserve the right to close early, modify our menu, or cancel attendance at an event for reasons beyond our control (e.g., safety concerns, severe weather, supply issues).

3. Menu & Pricing

• All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Menu items and prices may vary by event and are subject to availability.

• We aim to ensure all information displayed on signage or digital platforms is accurate; however, errors may occur. In such cases, we will inform you of any price or description changes before completing your order.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order.

• While we take food safety seriously, all products are prepared in an environment where allergens (including gluten, nuts, dairy, and soy) may be present.

• We cannot guarantee any product is entirely free from allergens.

5. Refunds & Complaints

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered unless the product is faulty or incorrectly prepared.

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please speak to a member of staff at the time of service. We will always do our best to resolve any concerns promptly.

6. Health & Safety

• Please follow all safety instructions provided at our stall, especially during busy events.

• Children must be always supervised by an adult.

• Hot oil and food are used on-site — caution is advised.

7. Payment Terms

• We accept cash and most major debit/credit cards. Contactless payment is available.

• All transactions must be completed before receiving your order.

8. Event Policies & Force Majeure

• Champion Churros is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications to our service due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to event cancellation, extreme weather, equipment failure, transport disruption, or illness.

• If an event is cancelled by the organiser, any pre-paid catering deposits (if applicable) will be subject to the cancellation policy agreed upon at booking.

9. Photography & Media

• From time to time, we may take photographs or videos at events for marketing purposes. You may appear in this content.

• By entering the area near our stall, you consent to the use of such imagery, unless you inform us otherwise in writing.

10. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected (e.g., through competitions, bookings, or mailing lists) will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available upon request.

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without your consent.

11. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Churros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will be displayed at our stall and/or on our website.
